What is Yoga Therapy? It is a beautiful and individual practice that integrates forms of yoga techniques and somatic (physical) therapy techniques that are tailored to the specific health needs of the individual. Yoga Therapy aims at the holistic testament of various kinds of psychological or somatic(physical) dysfunctions ranging from back problems to emotional distress.
It is particularly appropriate for chronic conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment.
How? I am volunteering my services to people in Toronto that are interested in benefiting from yoga therapy.
Our first session together will be one on one, and will include a brief intake form and a postural analysis.
From there, I will provide a holistic yoga therapy program that targets your specific needs.
